Tickets

• Schouwburg Ogterop manages our ticket sales. You can book your tickets in the following ways:

• Online: Book your tickets 24/7 via schouwburgogterop.nl.

• By phone: The box office can be reached on (0522) 25 42 42.

• In person: Due to renovations at the theatre, you can find the box office this year at De Plataan (Vledderstraat 3).

• On the door: Subject to availability, you can also buy tickets directly at the individual venues just before the performance.

• Opening hours: The Ogterop box office is open on Thursdays and Fridays from 13:00 to 16:00. Please note: the box office is closed for the summer holidays from 6 July until 20 August.

If you have any questions or need assistance during the festival, our information desks are here to help at De Plataan (venue 1) and De Samenstroom (venue 3).

Travel & Parking

Travelling to Meppel by train is both the greenest and easiest option: from Meppel railway station, it is less than a 10-minute walk to the central festival venues.

Coming by car? Please keep in mind that many venues are located in a pedestrianised zone; we therefore recommend parking your car in one of the larger car parks surrounding the town centre.

Heading to Garage TDI at the Gesamenluk venue (the former Diaconessen hospital)? Please park your car at Hoogeveenseweg 68. Bicycle parking is also available at this location.

Canceling or exchanging tickets

If your plans change and you can no longer attend, please note that we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds. We highly recommend treating a friend to your ticket instead! You can, however, exchange your ticket for another performance free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.

Running late for a performance?

Please ensure you arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes before the start time. Once the performance has begun, we are unfortunately unable to open the doors.
